Your package will be sent to the address you provided. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and for shipping cost if it's sent back to us. We are not held liable for packages sent to the wrong address.

...A stone or silver element falls off.
...Soldered metal comes apart at a joint only.
...Ring size of finished piece does not coincide with size that was given to us by client.
Return/refund requests that fit the criteria must be made within 30 days of receiving said piece.
Client must provide pictures and videos for visuals.
Must be original buyer of said piece (i.e reselling or consignment).

R E P A I R S
I accept repair requests on a case by case basis. Some repairs are simple, but many are complicated and require extracting the stone and often reconstructing the entire piece. If I am able to successfully extract the stone, the cost for repairs starts at $50 and may go up depending on what needs to be fixed.
